I would like to welcome Maggie to our team!  Here's a little bit about her:

Hi, my name is Maggie.  I am a transplanted Yankee having grown up in suburban Philadelphia, but moved to Houston, Texas, in 1970.  I am mom to 2 grown daughters and I have 4 grandchildren.  My oldest grand daughter just got married in December.  I am also mom to 4 furry kitty babies who live in my house, hence the name of my blog - Maggie’s Cat House!  I also take care of a few outside kitties too.  My mom taught me all the needle craft skills when I was a child and loved all of them.  My oldest daughter got me started with scrapbooking awhile back and then the youngest daughter got me started with stamping.  I do have a full time job so crafting is great therapy.  I got hooked on Copic markers about 5 years ago and have taken all the classes and am a certified designer.  I started blogging in 2011 and have met some amazing people through blogging and challenges.  I love the art of creativity and love sharing what I do with others.

Greetings from Malaysia! I'm happily living with my loving husband and our four children. I love working with papers and colours, fabrics and needles, ribbons ~ there's never a dull moment. My style varies and changes over the years. One day I can be in a shabby chic and vintage mood and the next day I will splatter the paint and create mixed media. My inspiration comes from my children, nature, books, avid photography and a love of collecting. I truly adore my artistic journey and its endless boundaries and that is my absolute happiness.
